Step 1 - Registration at the Daycare
Before we can welcome your pup to the daycare, it's necessary to complete their registration file. To do so, click on "First visit" and fill in the requested information.No worries if it takes a little time — documents are being processed!
Please make sure to include your dog's latest vaccines (DAPPiL and kennel cough).
🐾 If your dog has already visited the daycare but you haven’t created an account on our new system yet, please also click on "First visit" to finalize the registration.
Step 2 - Booking Request
Once your pup’s account is created, you can choose the date of their next visit to the daycare.You will first receive an email confirming that your request has been received.
⚠️ At this stage, the spot is not yet guaranteed: please wait for confirmation from our team.
Step 3 - Application Review
Our team carefully reviews each request to ensure that the daycare is the right environment for your companion.If it’s your dog’s first time, we may contact you by email to learn more about their habits and personality.
Once the profile is approved, you will receive a second email officially confirming their stay at the daycare.

Booking Policy
To ensure appointment availability and reduce last-minute cancellations, a payment might be required before your first visit via email.This payment secures your dog's stay and reserves them a time slot.
⚠️ Please note that this payment is non-refundable, but can be transformed into a coupon for your next visit if the cancellation is made 72h before. This coupon is valid for a month.
If your dog needs to stay longer than expected with us and the payment was already made, you will be able to pay the difference at pick-up time.

Early Check-ins & Late Check-outs
Need to drop off or pick up your dog outside of regular hours?We offer early check-ins and late check-outs upon request.
This service is available for any dog staying with us for more than 5 consecutive hours.
